Sinead is our Comely Colleen from the Emerald Isle. Her favourite places are London, Edinburgh and Castell Coch, a fairytale castle just outside Cardiff, though she say’s in Britain, don’t rely on the weather – ‘there’ll always be a chance of Rain, no matter what time of year.’ No change from Ireland then!
